>Position requirements:
- experience of implementation and management of card products and customer service processes in a bank for at least 3 years - mandatory;
- additional certification in project, finance or product management is preferred;
- knowledge of the legislative framework and rules of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, necessary for the implementation and support of products based on payment cards;
- technical knowledge regarding the processing and clearing of card issuing and acquiring transactions, data exchange technologies between card systems, rules and principles of transfers of international payment systems;
- spoken and written command of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level (preferred);
- creativity and the ability to find non-standard solutions, communicativeness, an analytical approach to studying issues, orientation to results.
