The Eastern Europe Foundation within the framework of the "Support for Digital Transformation" (DTA) project announces a tender for the selection of a contractor for the provision of Product Owner services for implementation of the Integrated Information System "Urban Development Cadastre Geoinformation System of the State Level" (hereinafter - MBKD GIS).
Service start date: September 2024.
Contract term: until the end of 2024 with a possible extension.
Format collaboration: mixed (offline with the ability to combine work online). Preference is given to candidates who will be able to work in Kyiv.
Employment : full.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- be responsible for the creation and development of the product;
- create and maintain a clear vision of the product, define it value propositions for users;
- establish effective communication channels with stakeholders to gather and align requirements;
- interact daily with the development team to ensure understanding of requirements and priorities;
- develop detailed specifications for new features and product improvements;
- create and maintain an up-to-date product backlog, prioritizing tasks according to strategic goals;
- jointly plan sprints and releases with the development team, accept results of completed tasks;
- develop and update long-term strategy and product roadmap;
- collect and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders, form tasks for product modernization.
Requirements for contest participants:
- minimum 3 years of work experience in the position of Product Owner (Product Owner) or similar in an Agile/Scrum environment;
- higher education in the field of information technology, business administration or related ;
- ability to create and maintain a product vision, form and prioritize a product backlog;
- experience in collecting and analyzing user and stakeholder requirements;
- excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and the development team;
- skills for conducting meetings, presentations and negotiations;
- ability to analyze the market and competitors, make informed decisions based on data and feedback;
- experience of participation in sprint and release planning, organization and coordination of team work;
- understanding of software development principles, basic knowledge of technologies and tools;
- ability to ensure achievement of business goals through product development, make decisions in a fast-paced environment;
- mingenerate new ideas to improve the product, think strategically and see new opportunities for development;
- skills to effectively collect, analyze and use feedback from users and stakeholders.
