Actions and expected work results:
First of all , we are looking for a Business Analyst, willing to work not only with requirements, but also to effectively manage development processes and a team (up to 5-7 people).

accept other people's ideas when they are better;understand technical and budgetary limitations, propose solutions taking them into account, avoid contradictions with existing functionality; li>concisely and clearly document the solution.In Gearheart Product owner / Business Analyst is a person who:
- communicates directly with the customer, finds out and formulates requirements, discusses them with the team and is responsible for implementation;
- has confidence in the correctness of requirements by checking them with the participation of various stakeholders and ensuring their compliance with business needs;
- engages in team management, task and release planning: develops realistic and achievable project schedules and constantly monitors their implementation.
- manages the project budget, taking into account resource costs, commitments and cost forecasting;
- able to respond effectively to changes in project requirements and business environment;
- offers new ideas and methods to improve product efficiency and competitiveness;
- has a basic understanding of DataBase - how it is organized and according to which principles it works;
- Understands the basic principles of technologies and architectures used in the project to effectively communicate with technical teams;
Requirements:
- English - B2+/ C1.
- Experience in building roadmaps, charts and reports for visualization and project management.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Ability to use project management tools and wiki systems to organize and document information.
- High communication skills to interact with by various stakeholders of the project.
- Data visualization skills to build mockups, wireframes and prototypes.
- Experience with specialized data analysis tools to gather, process and visualize information.
- li> Desire and experience in data-intensive industries such as the financial sector or e-commerce.
