Product owner (Big Data) in GIOC , KP / Golovniy Informaciyno-obchislyuvalniy Centr

The public utility "Main Information and Computing Center" (CP GIOC) invites candidates for the position of Product Owner (Big Data) for the implementation of modern digital services for the Kyiv community. 
 
KP GIOC is the first utility product IT company in Ukraine. We create new digital services, implement and administer IT systems for providing city services online. Among our projects is the "Kyiv Digital" mobile application, an electronic services portal, an e-ticket for public transport, an online parking payment service, a search service for evacuated cars, payment of fines, and many others. 
 
Our mission is to make the life of Kyivans easier and more convenient.

What will you do? 
-Develop and implement a product strategy for your line of services (Big Data); 
-Analyze the popularity and effectiveness of services for their further development; 
-Formulate functional requirements, create and maintain the product backlog; 
-Develop your own product team; 
-Interact with development, design and analytics teams to implement project tasks; 
-Actively work with many stakeholders who represent different directions of ensuring the life of our capital; 
-Monitor the market, competitors and modern technologies in order to improve the functionality of products; 
-Collaborate with other product teams to realize the overall mission.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
-Higher education ( IT, technical specialties, project management, marketing); 
-Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Project Manager in the field of IT is not less than 2 years; 
-Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles; 
-Skills in creating backlogs and writing User Stories; 
-High level of analytical skills, readiness to make independent decisions and      show maturity in their implementation; 
-Ability to work in a team; 
-Strong communication skills, the ability to work in multitasking conditions.

It will be an additional advantage if:
-You have experience in implementing services on the basis Big Data; 
-Know the English language at least B1; 
-You understand well the architecture of web applications, APIs and integrations; 
-You have experience working with state and municipal projects.
