What you need to do:

• Monitor and analyze transactions to detect suspicious activity;
• Develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at preventing fraud;
• Work closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive platform security;
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management based on the conducted analyses;
• Continuously improve methods and tools for effective fraud detection.

What is needed for this:

• Higher education in the field of computer science, mathematics or related disciplines;
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position in the field of e-commerce, banking services or financial institutions;
• Deep understanding of fraud methods and schemes in electronic commerce;
• Experience with analytical tools and fraud detection systems such as SAS, SQL, Python, R;
• Knowledge of transaction monitoring systems and anomaly detection;
• Understanding the principles of operation of payment systems, bank transactions and electronic wallets;
• High level of analytical abilities to identify and analyze suspicious transactions;
• Ability to process large volumes of data, identify patterns, develop reports and provide recommendations based on the data received;
• Ability to express ideas clearly and succinctly orally and in writing, collaborate effectively with other departments (for example, commerce and call center) to ensure security and prevent fraud;
• High level of responsibility, attention to details, analytical thinking, quick decision-making, ethics and confidentiality in working with information.

Will be a plus:

• Nthe presence of certifications in the field of fraud detection (for example, such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)), or participation in professional trainings and courses in data analytics and cyber security;
• Experience with machine learning tools to automate fraud detection processes;
• Knowledge of programming languages ​​(e.g. Python, Java) to develop and configure fraud detection tools;
• Familiarity with international and national standards and regulations in the field of combating fraud.
