AirAdvisor is a young yet small team eager to grow and encourage personnel to grow with the company.We require an experiencedProduct Owner who is looking to work with a growing business and provides leadership to enhance user experience across various channels within European and US markets.You should be well-versed in measuring performance of all testing and digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). You should also understand how to work with data, review and implement meta-data for our B2C website to optimize conversion rate and other metrics.RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate and work effectively as a part of a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software;Elicit and manage requirements from various stakeholders (product, designer, marketing, analytics, support);Perform A/B Testing and identify product strategy and roadmap;Perform market and competitor research;Create conversion rate optimization strategy;Create and maintain product documentation (Buyer persona, User Story, Scope, SRS);UML/BPMN or other business modeling experience;Test and implement strategy ideas and deliver on-time.REQUIREMENTS:3-4 years of experience as a product owner or business analyst;Experience with B2C products;Strong understanding of software development lifecycle;Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;English level - intermediate and higher;Experience with membership products will be a plus;Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.WE OFFER :Competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications;Remote work;Paid vacation, leave and public holidays;Annual salary review ;Dynamic work and a chance to learn how to utilize your skills in an absolutely new way.
