- Planning, development and implementation of strategic product plans, management and control of their implementation
- Implementation of daily operational activities of the department
- Management of a team of product managers
- Management and control of product development (planning, design, prioritization of tasks)
- Management of the process of obtaining new licenses and creation of new products in accordance with license requirements and in accordance with the company's strategic goals
- Daily monitoring of product KPIs, responsibility for product financial indicators, analysis of problem areas and search for solutions
- Solving problems with from the point of view of people management and product efficiency, communicating business strategy to the team and effectively allocating team resources to achieve business goals
- Market analysis, competitors to identify the main areas of product development
- Preparation of work reports team and product for regular reports to the top management of the company
- Interaction with 3rd-party
Expectations:
- From 2 years of work experience in the position of Product manager/Product owner/Business development manager in the iGaming industry
- Advanced English language level (knowledge of German will be a plus)
