Requirements Requirements: 2+years ofexperience asaProduct Manager/Product Owner inthe gambling industry; 2+years ofmanaging teams orproducts; Proven experience ingambling industry orits detailed understanding; Understanding ofgambling industry and operations, trends, competition, UI/UX, product, marketing and many other aspects; Gambling product knowledge with ahunger for innovation and mobile focus; Experience increating process documentation, specifications, diagrams; Experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements and prioritize them with focus onmaximum value; Understanding ofgambling trends, competition, UI/UX, product, marketing and many other aspects; Experience working with requirements within Scrum framework and write quality user stories; Ability toactively manage priority and scope for technical development efforts; Experience inwriting Technical Design Documents orTechnical Requirements; Advanced spoken and written English; Strong communication and leadership skills; Excellent analytical skills with attention todetails; Good analytical skills; Good team player, motivated tosolve complex tasks; Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Will beaplus: Agile, Scrum, SAFe certifications; Game dev Industry experience. Responsibilities: Own the product features roadmaps from end toend; Responsible totranslate the business vision and goals toaclear backlog for the teams and provide business reasoning for each item; Gathering product requirements (interview stakeholders, analyze existing interfaces etc.) and convert them inuser stories; Manage the communication with the teams and the stakeholders; Work together with the team torelease the product inhigh quality and ontime (with the highest Value); Own the product lifecycle: market, BIand user research, defining wireframes, scope, KPIs and development process; Work closely with top-notch pros inUX, Dev and Marketing totake your product tomarket; Inspire and motivate the development teams todeliver innovative and exciting solutions with anappropriate sense ofurgency.
