Your main tasks will be:

• Development and improvement of current company services.
• Analysis and implementation of the best global practices of digital development channels.
• Ensuring the creation of convenient and intuitive interfaces (UX/UI), development of CJM.
• Setting tasks for the team, drawing layouts and monitoring the execution of front?/backend works.
• Conducting acceptance testing of the implemented functionality.
• Formation, management and prioritization of the project backlog.
• Implementation and maintenance of regular reporting.
• Building and analyzing key product and process metrics.
• Communication and interaction with related departments.
