We are an IT startup. Our goal is radical digitalization of work processes in local self-government bodies (LGUs). We develop innovative cloud-based solutions that automate processes including document management, executive committee meetings and city council sessions along with voting and interaction with community residents and local businesses. Since 2025, we have been residents of Diya.City. We need adrivingProduct Owner to join our team, who will take responsibility for the development of our product. You should become a "bridge" between business ideas and technical implementation, turning the vision into real functionality that benefits users.
Your main tasks (What needs to be done?)
Manage the backlog: Create, prioritize and maintain a list of tasks (User Stories) so that the team is always working on the most important.
Accept work: Check the finished functionality for compliance before it goes to users.
Our expectations from you (Requirements)
Experience: Desired experience in the following positions: Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in IT.
Understanding Agile/Scrum: You should know how a Scrum team works, what Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospective are.
Analytical skills: Ability to work with numbers (Google Analytics, SQL - will be a plus) and make decisions based on data (Data-informed).
Communication Skills: The ability to say "no" to new tasks with reason and to clearly explain complex technical things in simple language.
Technical background: Understanding how client-server architecture and APIs work (you don't need to code, but you need to understand the limitations).
Intermediate level and above.
