In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business, technology, and UX - translating stakeholder input into scalable, user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and translate requirements into actionable product features.
Prioritize features based on business impact and product roadmap alignment.
Create wireframes, user journeys, epics, tasks, technical documentation, and reports.
Partner with development teams to ensure clear sprint planning and definition of acceptance criteria.
Use tools such as heat maps, surveys, and usability best practices to optimize the user experience.
Set and monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, and use data insights to inform product decisions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Bring innovative, out-of-the-box thinking to continuously improve the product and drive business results.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Data- driven thinking.
Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis.
Hands-on experience with Agile product-development processes
Proficient technical writing skills, creating specifications and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data-driven product development.
Basic technical background and understanding of development concepts.
Growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn from others.
