Product Owner in Efimenko N.O., FOP

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business, technology, and UX - translating stakeholder input into scalable, user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and translate requirements into actionable product features.

• Prioritize features based on business impact and product roadmap alignment.

• Create wireframes, user journeys, epics, tasks, technical documentation, and reports.

• Partner with development teams to ensure clear sprint planning and definition of acceptance criteria.

• Use tools such as heat maps, surveys, and usability best practices to optimize the user experience.

• Set and monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, and use data insights to inform product decisions.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

• Bring innovative, out-of-the-box thinking to continuously improve the product and drive business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Data- driven thinking.

• Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis.

• Hands-on experience with Agile product-development processes

• Proficient technical writing skills, creating specifications and documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data-driven product development.

• Basic technical background and understanding of development concepts.

• Growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn from others.
