- Product development from concept to implementation and scaling
- Managing the involvement of new partners (TV groups, TV channels, providers)
- Building an effective system for attracting new TV viewers and clients
- Market analytics to identify trends and new opportunities
- Interaction with teams to ensure effective product launch
