Product Owner in our team will deal with the following tasks:
Product development: forming a vision and strategy for its development.
User stories and backlog: determining which tasks are needed for the product, their prioritization and execution control.
Product metrics: analytical worka tool for measuring efficiency and making decisions.
Issue cycle: organization of the complete process of product issuance and ensuring effective returns.
By setting goals and ensuring their achievement.
Financial and volume indicators: monitoring and control of their execution.
Analyzing the product, indicators and competitors, studying directions for growth.
Feedback: collecting and analyzing feedback from internal customers to improve the product.
The filter for this position will be:
2 years of experience as a Product Owner;
Experience with Agile (SCRUM) methodology;
High focus on teamwork;
The ability to break down tasks and ideas into components for their effective implementation;
Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate;
Ability to analyze processes and products from different points of view, identify weaknesses and opportunities for growth.
Willingness to bear responsibility for financial and product results.
It will be a plus:
Experience in e-Commerce or Finance;
Work experience in a food company.
