The main growth channel for our products is videos on the TikTok and Instagram Reels platforms. We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who will (a) be responsible for creating, publishing and scaling video content for our products. Approximate distribution of time:
- 70% - creation and publication of videos
- 20% - analysis of ideas, metrics and management of advertising flow
- 10% - search and communication with influencers
Required
- Experience in creating short videos for TikTok / Instagram
- Understanding how algorithms of short-video platforms work
- Ability to quickly create content (speed > perfection)
- Experience or active interest in AI tools:
- video generation
- video editing
- subtitles
- translation
- Creation of original video content (Development and creation of video content with personal participation)
- Independence and responsibility for the result
- English at the intermediate strong level (B1+ — B2)
Responsibilities
Content and growth (?70%)
- Creating short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels that scale organically
- Full cycle of production: from idea to publication and analysis of results
- Regular testing of hypotheses and formats (hooks, pain-based, demo, before/after, storytelling)
- Localization of content in 20+ languages with the help of AI
- Use of AI tools to speed up production and scaling
- If necessary, participate in videos as the face/voice of the brand
Expected result: a steady flow of videos that generate organic traffic and provide a basis for scaling through paid.
Analytics and scaling (?20%)
- Analysis of metrics (views, retention, CTR, engagement) and data-based decision making
- Selecting winning videos for paid reinforcement
- Launch and basic management of TikTok Ads / Meta Ads for scaling
- Communicating insights to the product team (market feedback, feature response, new opportunities)
Expected result: systemic scaling of the best content and growth of product performance.
