Responsibilities:

  • Developing a strategy for the creation/launch of new products taking into account the NPD process. Measuring the results of marketing campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness for further improvement of strategies;
  • Analysis of product portfolio, portfolio brand based on profitability, sales results, compliance with the company's business strategy;
  • Participation in development and adaptation of products to CA and requests, based on the needs of the client (both internal and external). Conducting product testing;
  • Development of a brand plan and calendar of activities with the involvement of all relevant communication channels, organization of promotion and analysis of the effectiveness of product promotion, evaluation of the effectiveness of the conducted activities. 
  • Analysis of brand performance, search for insights;
  • Benchmarketing, monitoring of competitors' activities. Analysis of the structure, capacity and dynamics of the market;
  • Definition of short-term and long-term targets for focal products/directions;
  • Participation in the development of the product pricing system;
  • Responsibility for attracting customers and ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment).

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm for working in the field of business education as a product marketer;

  • Knowledge and experience in the application of key category management tools (5P, assortment strategy, action plans, pricing, competitive analysis, SWOT-, ABC-XYZ analysis, segmentation);
  • Development skills and implementation of product promotion campaigns, including media planning, mechanics development, execution control, cut-off of intermediate results;
  • Project management skills;
  • Skills in gathering information, conducting research, marketing analytics;

  • High level of literacy and ability to create and present information;
  • Ability to develop and implement effective and efficient marketing campaigns;
  • Ability to think critically;
  • The way of thinking "outside the box", the approach in which the search for opportunities, the results prevail over the process;
  • 5+ years of work in the media or in the educational segment (preferably), it is enough to understand the peculiarities of the educational services market;< /li>
  • Higher or special education in the field of marketing;
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Ukrainian;
  • Experience with MS Office 365, Outlook system.
