Now we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will lead the GoITeens direction - the main goal of which will be the organization and management of marketing projects of the company's products, including the development of funnels, implementation and control of advertising and marketing campaigns. The key tasks with which it belongs work: Planning and management of marketing projects: development of marketing strategies, budget planning and control over project implementation. Development of a go-to-market strategy for finding product-market fit Market and competitor analysis: market and competitor research, determination of trends and consumer needs, as well as conducting a SWOT analysis. Independent testing of hypotheses and, for this, the ability to create landing pages using designers (Webflow or others). Conducting A/B and multivariate tests involving various marketing channels. Testing and building effective marketing funnels. Project management: assignment of tasks and control over execution and results Creation of advertising campaigns: development of creative concepts, selection of media channels and control over the implementation of campaigns Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns: analysis of the results of advertising and marketing campaignsher, determining ROI and developing recommendations for improving the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
