Remote back office for construction companies in the USA. We take care of all processes, except construction - marketing, sales departments (hot sales and cold calls), sourcing of materials, management of teams of craftsmen, quality control at each stage, collection of feedback, training of technical personnel, etc.

We are currently looking for a product marketing manager to join our team. He is a specialist in the development of new areas of business, who is responsible for the identification, evaluation and development of new market niches for the company. The main task is to find new opportunities for growth, create strategic plans for their implementation and ensure successful penetration into new market segments.

• Market analysis and identification of opportunities and new nichesfor the company:
• Conducting market researchto identify new niches for business development.
• Analysis of trends, customer needs and competitive environment.
• Determining promising markets and segments for new areas ofactivity.
• Development of strategic plans for the implementation of new business areas, setting short- and long-term goals, risk assessment and their minimization.

• Cooperation with marketing, sales and support departments to create new products that meet new niches.
• Manage the process penetration into new marketsand segments from idea to implementation.
• Development of financial models and business plansfor new projects.
• Participation in the development of marketing strategies< /b> to promote the company in new niches.
• Control over the implementation of projects on time and according to the budget.
