To successfully complete the tasks, you will need: Understanding of operational processes in various segments of small business; The ability to think dynamically about creating business cases for customers and solving their problems with the help of the product; Empathy and the ability to look at the product from the customer's point of view; The ability to work with cross-functional teams and with multiple stakeholders;Experience with product and marketing analytics (amplituda, GA) to find growth points;Experience in developing presentations and public speaking skills;Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level;What you need to do:Analyze customer behavior and communicate directly with customers to improve user experience;Research market and competitors to identify market trends, customer needs and product differentiation opportunities. Work closely with the Product, Marketing and Sales Team to launch new products/features/capabilities and improve existing ones.
