Requirements:
— 1-2 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in FinTech (will be a huge plus): neo-banking, payments, cards, processing, blockchain, cryptocurrency.
— Experience with iOS and Android applications and knowledge of their monetization principles.
— Experience in conducting A/B testing.
— Experience with multi-channel marketing focused on both customer acquisition and retention.
— Understanding of unit economics and key metrics of the mobile business.
— Experience in conducting market research to identify product bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
— Experience in planning, preparing, executing, and analyzing marketing activities.
— Experience in data-driven decision-making.
— Experience working with other departments.
Your Responsibilities:
— Developing a Go-To-Market Strategy. Create a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new products and features, which includes positioning, defining target audiences, crafting marketing messages, and selecting promotional channels to maximize reach and user engagement.
— Market and Competitor Analysis. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, allowing for the discovery of unique opportunities to enhance our product’s competitiveness.
— Generating Monetization Hypotheses. Develop and test new ideas and approaches for product monetization based on user behavior analysis, market trends, and financial models to maximize revenue and ensure sustainable growth.
— Ensuring Continuous A/B Testing. Organize and coordinate A/B testing processes, including hypothesis development, experiment setup, data collection, and result analysis, to optimize the product and marketing strategies based on insights gained.
— Working with Web and Mobile Analytics. Utilize web and mobile analytics tools to track user behavior, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and identify areas for improvement to enhance user engagement and retention.
— Collaboration with Marketing Teams. Work closely with internal marketing, design, product, and sales teams to align strategies and tactics, develop joint initiatives and campaigns, and ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication channels.
