What you will do:

• Generation of hypotheses for A/B testing;
• Market research to find new ideas and test approaches;
• Running and analyzing A/B tests on web funnels to improve key business metrics;
• Closing of turnkey tasks: from idea to implementation through appropriate terms of reference for designers, developers, etc.;
• Close cooperation with marketing and product team.

What is needed to join us:

• From 1 year of commercial experience in the following positions: Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager;
• Experience in setting tasks and communicating with the development and design team;
• Initiative, the desire to build and move processes, the ability to clearly express, argue and defend one's point of view;
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work;
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency level.
