We are currently looking for aProduct Marketing Manager, who will take full responsibility for the launch and promotion of our products - from the first hypotheses to the financial result.

This role is for you if you know how to combine strategy and operations, work with numbers (CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI) and want to see the real impact of your work on the business.

Your main tasks will be:

You are our man if you have:

• 3 years of experience in product or performance marketing, of which at least 1 year in a role with responsibility for a product or direction.

• Experience in the fields of: education, events, EdTech, digital products will be an advantage.

• Skills in developing and implementing product marketing strategies.

• Understanding how to plan and achieve marketing and commercial metrics (CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI).

• Experience in managing product funnels and launching products/campaigns to market.

• Skills in budget management and profitability control.

• Ability to work with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), CRM / BI systems, Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Telegram Ads:, ClickUp / Trello / Notion: task management.

• Excel / Sheets: working with numbers (calculation of CPL, CAC, LTV).

• Think systematically and strategically, but ready to dive into the operating room when needed.

• You focus on the result and financial metrics, not on "reach for the sake of reach".

• Able to keep focus on several products at the same time.

• Proactive, flexible, analytical and highly organized.
