We are looking for a product manager who will be responsible for the direction of customer interaction with the product.

Requirements:

• Experience as a product manager, business -analyst
• Ability to quickly understand new analytical tools
• Ability to analyze data, find they have insights
• Ability to create presentations, explain complex products and concepts in simple language
• Proficiency in English at the level B2 or higher
• Permanent residence in Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Development of a comprehensive approach to communicating the product's technical capabilities to customers: offline trainings, online materials, educational materials built into the product
• Preparation of materials and conducting trainings on the use of the product for clients (analysts of law enforcement agencies, law enforcement agencies, security services)
• Analysis of customer needs in the use of analytical tools, collection of product feedback, generation of ideas for new functionality
• Analysis of internal product metrics, appropriate adaptation of training materials built into the product< /li>
• Communication with clients on technical issues
