As a Product Marketer at DarkSkyPlatform, you will help grow our products on the Atlassian Marketplace. You will be responsible for creating clear product messages, executing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products resonate with our target audience. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a knack for storytelling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning that differentiates our offerings in the market. Craft messaging that resonates with target audiences across various channels.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches, including developing marketing materials, coordinating with the product team, and driving awareness through various channels.

  • Content Creation: Produce engaging product-related content, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and other collateral.

  • Customer Advocacy: Work closely with the support team to gather feedback, identify testimonials, and develop case studies that highlight the value of our products.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, developers teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with product development and business goals.


Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in product marketing, preferably in software.

  • Knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus.

  • Strong written communication skills for creating compelling narratives and marketing copy.

  • Proficient with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus.

  • Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative marketing strategies.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
