What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in Product / Program / Project management in an environment with physical by product: miltech / aerospace / defense / robotics / automotive / embedded / hardware.

• Understanding the life cycle of a hardware product: prototype > testing > production preparation > series.

• Ability to write structured requirements (PRD, spec, acceptance criteria).
• Basic technical literacy, ability to assess options.

• Experience with UAVs/drones, working with units/operators.
