Product Manager (Trade acquiring/POS terminals) in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Product Manager (Trade Acquiring / POS terminals) who seeks to work in a dynamic environment and shares mutual values trust, openness and initiative.

Basic responsibilities:

• Integration, support and promotion of new acquiring products
• Organization of support and uninterrupted operation of acquiring services
• Development of new/improvement/automation of existing acquiring processes
• Planning and reporting on projects
• Preparation and support of technical tasks
• Assessment of regulatory/client risks and limitations when launching/updating products and processes
• Providing proposals for improving bank services and products taking into account business needs (individual, corporate)

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in writing and monitoring the implementation and implementation of technical tasks
• Experience in optimizing existing processes and implementing changes
• Knowledge of the bank's products and services in terms of sales and acquiring services
• Knowledge and the ability to develop measures for the operation of products/services
• Knowledge and ability to use the basics of business analysis
• Knowledge and skills in the implementation, development and promotion of corporate products in the Bank
• Skills in project management, time planning and reporting (Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to use Google services
• Understanding the main stages of development of technical tasks
• Understanding the working principles of API integrations and payment cycles
