The Product Manager acts as the bridge between business and technology, driving the growth and continuous improvement of our Transport Management System (TMS) — a core platform supporting e-commerce and logistics operations. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring the product delivers efficiency, scalability, and measurable business value.

In this role, you will enhance an established system by identifying opportunities to optimize carrier integrations, streamline shipment workflows, and improve pricing and tracking capabilities. You will collaborate closely with shipping carriers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations, timely updates, and reliable performance.

Working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, you’ll prioritize initiatives, manage resources effectively, and lead innovation to strengthen our position in the e-commerce logistics ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on international e-commerce markets, including buyer and seller behavior trends.

Analyze competitors and best practices across major platforms (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Shopify).

Manage and maintain the product backlog, including user story creation and prioritization.

Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT, UX/UI, and marketing teams.

Test hypotheses through MVP launches and A/B testing to validate product decisions.

Drive implementation of new features and services within the merchant/business dashboard.

Collaborate with international partners, including marketplaces, payment providers, and service vendors.

Establish and monitor key product KPIs (e.g., adoption rate, service re-engagement, COD usage, customer satisfaction, profitability).

Lead product launches and adoption efforts, coordinating go-to-market activities and ensuring clear, consistent communication with stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with shipping carriers to monitor and validate pricing or service updates, ensuring timely communication and coordination with development teams for implementation.


Key Stakeholders

Development Teams – clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth

execution of deliverables.


IT Leadership & Senior Management – align product initiatives with strategic priorities,

provide progress updates, and escalate or address risks.


Business Stakeholders – translate business needs into actionable product requirements,

gather feedback, and validate that solutions meet objectives.


Vendors & External Partners – manage relationships, oversee contracts, and ensure the

quality and reliability of services or data provided.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Engineering).


Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years building and

managing data-driven technical products.


Strong background in logistics and/or supply chain operations, ideally with experience in e-commerce

    Familiarity with AI applications will be a big plus


    Strong analytical mindset with proven experience translating business needs into

measurable, data-driven outcomes.


    Experience collaborating across business, IT, data science, BI/analytics, and commercial

teams.


    Awareness of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical data

practices.


    Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including backlog management, sprint

planning, and iterative releases.


    English proficiency at a minimum Upper-Intermediate level (B2 or higher).
