Identification of potential market opportunities, conducting research to confirm the correctness of the chosen strategy and tactics for product promotion. Analysis of the pharmaceutical market and competitive environment (including changes and trends in pricing policy, marketing activity of competitors, etc.). Development of marketing forecasts, planning of supply and demand for brands in monetary and physical terms. Management, launch and implementation of new product launches. Establishing contacts and maintaining cooperation with national and by regional opinion leaders. Budget planning of marketing expenses for product promotion, control over the effectiveness of its use. Training and organization of the process of training the company's Regional Development Specialists (KAM) for product promotion campaigns. Analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of promotion programs.
