What you need to do:

  • Creating and managing triggers, roadmaps, and campaigns.
  • Set up and maintain a cross-promotion framework, processes and best practice guidelines;
  • Plan and implement cross-promotion retention strategies;
  • Report regularly on the performance of retention campaigns;
  • Stay on top of Igaming market opportunities and trends.

What hard skills do you need to have:

  • Experience: 2+ years in the (related) industry (Gambling, Betting), Retention marketing, VIP reactivation experience
  • Practical skills in: Customer.io, GA4, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, CRM;
  • Successful experience in segmentation and conversion rate increase based on the existing customer base (players in our industry) with proven cases;
  • Examples of building retention strategies by channels: email, SMS, push;
  • Experience in VIP management and relationship management with VIP players will be a plus;

What soft skills are needed:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical thinking;
  • Good organizational skills, goal orientation, reporting skills, and user orientation are critical;
  • Ability to manage content and maintain many resources.
