We are 19 years old. — we have been working on the market since 2005, from the moment of opening one of the largest paintball clubs in Ukraine to the creation of a company with the largest portfolio of unique industry products in the world. Today, our equipment is used in more than 2,000 businesses in more than 80 countries around the world. We are a manufacturing company full cycle, we develop, manufacture and sell completely ourselves. We have a full cycle of product creation, so at one meeting there can be different specialists: android developers, designers and programmers of microcontrollers, production, marketers and sellers. 25% of the company works remotely in 10 countries. We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team, who will work with our commercial laser tag equipment, develop new devices and improve current serial products. Our ideal candidate: Experience from 1 year in a similar position or Project Manager, (experience in sales or marketing would be a plus). Proven experience of successfully launching new products/strategies or improving existing products numbers; English language proficiency at the level of Pre-Intermediate; Strong leadership qualities and a desire to develop within the company; Has an analytical mindset and a proactive attitude; High level of self-organization, strategic and structured thinking; What tasks await you: Conduct marketing market research and analysis competitors, to understand trends and needs in new products; Testing hypotheses, creating a backlog of tasks and determining priorities for the development of new products or the introduction of new functions; Creating project roadmaps, calculating and coordinating the necessary technical and human resources for their implementation; Interviewing current customers and potential partners, to identify key directions for the development of current products and the development of new ones; To evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes in the company's products. To be a link between development teams and production, to work closely with marketing and sales to correctly highlight important updates and key strengths sides of products; Creation of Product Vision and Product Update to improve existing products and develop new ones.
