We are looking for a Product Development Manager to be an integral part of our team. 

The specialist in this position is responsible for the launch of new collections, and therefore works at the intersection of design, marketing and business.   p>

• Analysis of the market, trends, CA and competitors for the development of new collections.
• Managing the process of creating clothing collections.  Planning and launching on a regular basis new commercially successful and interesting lingerie collections and new categories (homewear, swimwear, accessories). 
• Preparation of assortment matrix. Calculation of cost and expenses.
• Search for fabrics and materials, order samples
• Work with the designer, search for better forms, test samples. Ccreation of test products. Finalization, fitting, making corrections and final approval with the manager. Batch launch into production. 
• Launch and sales analysis for a better understanding of the market and development of the next collections
• Generation of interesting ideas, viewing trendbooks, finding references and creating moodboards for future collections

- You have refined taste, a sense of beauty and love for fashion and aesthetics. You know fabrics and materials, you love when a product fits perfectly and gives pleasure to its owner.

- You have excellent analytical skills - the ability to analyze the market, competitive situation and sales data to identify potential opportunities< /span>

- You know how to generate new ideas for products - combine innovative designs with practicality and style that match the brand.

- You it is interesting to understand and analyze the target audience of the brand, you have sensitivity to the needs and preferences of consumers in order to create interesting and successful products.

- You have high communication and organizational skills - you can manage the product development process, including interaction with the team, designer and suppliers

- You understand the Ukrainian and international fashion market and fashion trends. 

- Your work experience in the fashion industry is preferably from 2 years, ideally - in a position that was related towith product creation.
