An international company, a manufacturer of plant protection products, is looking for a specialist in the team for the position of Product Manager.

Responsibilities in this position:

• Planning, support and optimization of the product portfolio for specific crops.
• Formation of pricing policy, budget planning and special conditions for customers.
• Coordination of new product launches - from technical to commercial part.
• Organization and conduct of internal and external trainings.
• Participation in the formation of marketing initiatives and launches.
• Market research, analysis of competitors and customer base.
• Development of long-term culture development plans and participation in global meetings.
• Development and submission of proposals for agricultural enterprises and agricultural holdings.
• Cooperation with international teams and key stakeholders.

What is important for this role:

• Higher education in the field of agronomy
• Experience in the agricultural field from 3 years (preferably in the sale of agricultural machinery, agronomist or technical consultant)
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery market or seed
• Knowledge of English at the level of confident Intermediate and above
• Budgeting, pricing skills (will be an advantage)
• Ability to conduct presentations, training
• Confident PC user
• Category B driving license and willingness to travel
