Responsibilities:
- Launch of new products of the company (delivery control, price offer control, inventory management control), incl. communication with the sales team and early preparation of sales proposals;
- participation in the development of the company's marketing strategy;
- participation in the development of the company's pricing strategy, discount system, promotions for the formation of demand and stimulation of product sales;
- analysis of the effectiveness of the discount system and the results of promotions to determine market trends;
- development and implementation of measures to increase profitability of the sale of positions according to the results of the margin analysis;
- development and implementation of measures to reduce the amount of goods without movement and increase the turnover and profitability of stock;
- development and implementation of measures aimed at selling and stimulating the sale of seasonal goods;
- control over the level of sales and supply of goods, as well as ensuring the necessary level of stock;
- participation in the organization and conducting marketing research to study the consumer market and its prospects, conducting an analysis of end-user demand;
- development of training programs and product presentations;
- conducting trainings, presentations, meetings (product demonstrations) with dealers, end-users to expand the product sales market;
- information support for clients and other company departments on sales issues, promotions and special pricing product offers;
- regular reporting to the company management.
Requirements:
- Basic higher education, full higher education.
- Experience in a similar product manager position in product market research for at least 2 years.
- Desirable experience in the technical market.
- English -preferably conversational level (participation in webinars (technical, marketing) of the head office; in particular, technical direction.
- PC skills: knowledge of Ms Office: Excel, Power Point, etc.
