Product Manager (Pharm OTC, Rx) in Naturfarm, PrAT

Your area of responsibility:

• development and implementation of an effective strategy for promoting the company's products;

• ensuring the achievement of sales plan and market share indicators;

• development of marketing forecasts, planning of demand and supply for brands;

• development, launch and full support projects;
• organization and direct participation in marketing campaigns and events; 

• establishing contacts and maintaining effective cooperation with national and regional thought leaders;

• coordinating all actions regarding the product, establishing two-way communications with the external service;

• developing tools (campaign book, presentations, promotional materials, etc.);

• training and knowledge control (on products, promotion strategies), field support of employees of the foreign service.

To successfully solve tasks, you will need:

• higher medical or pharmaceutical education, preferably additional education in marketing;
• successful work experience as a product manager in a pharmaceutical company for at least 3 years;
• ability to make decisions, focus on results;
• category driver’s license "B" and driving experience;
• readiness for business trips;
• analytical abilities, leadership qualities.
