We offer a wide range of products for ophthalmology, focusing on high quality and efficiency. For our team, we are looking for a product manager who will be responsible for the development and promotion of our line of ophthalmic products.

Main responsibilities:

- Development and implementation of the strategy of marketing and sales of ophthalmic drugs.

- Management of the portfolio of ophthalmic products, and the search for new products.

- Formation of product development strategy, conducting market and competitor analysis, identification of key consumer needs.

- Cooperation with scientific, medical and marketing departments of Novax Pharma to develop and improve products.

- Preparation and conducting presentations for doctors and pharmacists.

- Interaction with KOL, preparation of materials and support for participation in various marketing activities, conferences, etc.

- Training for field service, creation of training and promotional materials.

- Development and implementation of sales plans and marketing campaigns.

- Product life cycle management, performance monitoring and implementation of improvements based on customer feedback.

- Preparation of reports for company management.

Requirements for candidates:

- Higher medical, pharmaceutical education - mandatory.

- Work experience as a product manager of Rx OTC products, preferably with a focus on ophthalmology (from 2 years ).

- Specialization or work experience in the field of ophthalmology - will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of the specifics of the market of ophthalmic drugs and trends in industry.

- Ability to work with medical and scientific information, as well as the ability to explain complex aspects of the product.

- Communication and presentation skills.

- Results orientation , initiative, strategic thinking, creativity, ability to work in a team and independently

- Fluency in the Ukrainian language is a must.

- Proficiency in English at a level not lower than average - will be advantage
