Product manager (Оnline product ) in EasyPay

We invite you to join our team Product Manager to work on an online fintech product.

Your role will be to improve current functionality, improve customer scenarios, integrate new payment solutions and develop new products within our website. We are looking for a person who will be able to identify user needs, analyze the market and implement innovative solutions to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of our product.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of economics, marketing, information technology or related specialties.
• Experience as a product manager or in a similar role from 2 years strong>.
• Knowledge of the process of development and development of web products, integration of payment systems.
• Understanding the fintech market, its specifics and main trends is desirable.
• Confident skills in working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Qlik Sense, Mixpanel, etc.) to collect data and analyze product performance.
• Experience in conducting A/B testing, analyzing results and optimizing user experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of online product development strategies in the fintech sphere.
• Market analysis, study of competitors and identification of new opportunities for product improvement.
• Production requirements for new features and coordination of development and design teams.
• Integration of new payment solutions and optimization of existing user scenarios.
• Tracking and analysis of key product indicators (conversion, customer retention, user satisfaction ) and developing plans to improve them.
• Cooperation with other departments (marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure product alignment with business goals.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in fintech or payment systems.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principlesdesign and experience working with a team of designers.
• Ability to create prototypes and layouts of new product features.
• Experience in using Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
