The company HLR is a leading provider of complex solutions for industry laboratories in Ukraine.
The role involves the development of a new veterinary direction from scratch: forming a product portfolio, bringing them to the market and building long-term partnerships with manufacturers.
Main tasks:
- search and selection of manufacturers and suppliers of veterinary drugs;
- negotiations and launch of cooperation;
- formation and management of a product portfolio (cattle, poultry, swine, vaccines);
- monitoring and market analysis of competitors and manufacturers;
- participation in pricing policy and sales forecasting;
- preparation of commercial proposals and technical consultations for customers;
- cooperation with the sales department and marketing for quality product promotion;
- participation in professional conferences, seminars and exhibitions.
Our expectations:
- higher education (preferably in the field of medicine, biology, pharmacy, agriculture or related areas);
- experience in product / category management in the B2B, pharmaceutical or agricultural segment;
- experience in product launch and development;
- skills in market analysis, pricing and sales planning;
- experience in negotiating with manufacturers / suppliers;
- strategic thinking, proactivity and responsibility for the result;
It will be an advantage:
- experience working with veterinary drugs;
- understanding of the specifics of animal husbandry and vaccination schemes;
We are open to candidates with strong product management experience in pharmaceutical, agricultural or related B2B areas, even if their experience is not purely veterinary.
