Our company has a vacancy for a fungicide product manager.

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of fungicide product portfolio strategy (positioning, pricing, support)
• Market analysis: competitors, trends, customer needs
• Preparation and support of new product launches (in close cooperation with R&D, registration)
• Training of the sales team, participation in the creation of technical and marketing materials (including campaign book)
• Product promotion support: seminars, field days, communication campaigns
• Commercial support - participation in sales planning, demand forecasting 

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in the agricultural sector 3+ years, of which 1+ year is preferred in product management
• Deep understanding of plant protection technologies (focus on fungicides, active substances, product portfolio)
• Education - agronomic or chemical (marketing training will be an advantage)
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
• Systemic thinking, initiative, activity 
• Readiness for business trips, participation in field events, direct meetings with clients
• Availability of category B rights
