Product Manager (Mobile) in EvoPlay

We in looking for Mobile Product Manager.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Analytical skills, understanding of key product and business metrics
• Good understanding of analytics and statistics, ability to make long-term decisions based on them
• A/B testing, post-analysis of split results
• Good communication skills, the ability to convey ideas to the team
• Knowledge and understanding of the basics of business analysis (BABOK)
• Experience of working with a team of developers, designers, leaders and top managers in a food company
• Experience in creating prototypes of user interfaces (Axure, inVision, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Experience in writing user stories, use cases, requirements, specifications and documentation
• Experience with Atlassian tools: Confluence, Jira
• Attention to detail, ability to effectively collect and transform unstructured information into clear requirements
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English with excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Formulation and evaluation of hypotheses, their further verification on the product
• Setting and control of execution front /backend tasks
• Conducting A/B tests of functionality and UI elements
• Improving UX/UI on fixed products
• Improvement of product/business metrics
• Communication with related departments
• Regular monitoring of competitors' products in order to identify their competitive advantages and form their own
• Daily monitoring of product indicators: financial, conversion, gaming
• Analysis of conversion funnels on the site, improvement of conversion
• Conducting work on returning users
