Product Manager (Mitel/Unified Communications) in ABITEK

We are looking for a Product Manager (Mitel / Unified Communications) - a specialist who will develop the product line together with the vendor, engage in technical presale and help form solutions for partners.

Main tasks:

• Constant communication with the vendor Mitel: participation in trainings, collection of updates, coordination of joint activities.
• Support of the sales department: selection of solutions for customer requests, consultations, assistance in the preparation of specifications.
• Participation in presale: preparation of technical solutions, testing, presentations for partners and customers.
• Formation of commercial proposals, participation in price negotiations with the vendor and conditions.
• Market analysis, preparation of reports and business plans, initiation of marketing activities (webinars, events, promos).
• Formation of joint programs with the vendor: rebate, MDF-funds, marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the B2B sphere: IT, telecom, system integration or UC solutions.
• Experience with one of the vendors: Mitel, Unify, Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, NEC, Iskratel.
700">Basic understanding of technologies:
• VoIP, SIP, H.323, IP telephony, SIP Trunking;
• UC systems and contact centers (Mitel, Unify, Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent, NEC, Iskratel, etc.);
• Integration services: LDAP, Active Directory, API, Web Services;
• Infrastructure basics: LAN/WAN, VPN, proxy, firewall, networking.
• Analytical thinking, ability to structure information and independently plan work.
• Responsibility, initiative, willingness to learn the product.

Will be an advantage:

• Certification: Cisco CCNA/CCNP Collaboration, Mitel, Avaya, Unify or similar.
• Experience in integrating UC / IP telephony solutions.
• Experience working with distributors or integrators.
