We are 19 years old - we have been working on the market since 2005, from the moment of opening one of the largest paintball clubs in Ukraine to the creation of a company with the largest portfolio of unique industry products in the world.

Today our equipment is used in more than 2,000 businesses in more than 80 countries.

We are a full-cycle manufacturing company, designing, manufacturing and selling entirely by ourselves.

We have a full cycle of product creation, so at one meeting there can be different specialists: android developers, microcontroller designers and programmers, production, marketers and sales people. 25% of the company works remotely in 10 countries. Our offices are in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Tallinn and Orlando (USA)

We are currently looking for aProduct Manager who will work with our commercial laser tag equipment, develop new devices and improve current serial products.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position or PM;
  • Experience of successfully launching a product/strategy on the international market, improving existing products, which is confirmed by numbers;
  • Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision and without the need for micromanagement;
  • Fluency in English: a minimum of Upper Intermediate required;
  • Strong leadership skillsqualities and desire to develop within the company;
  • High level of self-organization, strategic and structured thinking.
  • Experience with military or military equipment is desirable.

What tasks await you:

  • Conduct a regular marketing research and analysis process;
  • Create and prioritize, test hypotheses to implement new features and manage the backlog based on of successful product management practices;
  • Creating roadmaps, developing and implementing projects and ensuring the availability of the necessary technical resources for their implementation;
  • Interviewing the product to define goals and gather feedback from our customers, turning all collected information into solutions;
  • Make a documented impact assessment for each implemented change;
  • All solutions should be based on figures and have a well-structured and accessible history;
  • Be a liaison between business and technical teams and work closely with marketing to properly highlight important updates;
  • Create documentation for updates and new features;
  • Recruit and mentor additional members teams as needed (business analysts, junior product managers);
  • Quickly respond to changes;
  • Create, maintain and update product management processes.
