Product Manager (Middle+) in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

Global digital holding, which is represented in 90+ countries of the world, is looking for an experienced Product Manager. 

We work with an international B&C product, which is represented in many countries of the world and occupies top positions in its niche . The product is available on all platforms - desktop, mobile, apps + offline.

We are looking for an expert to launch a global redesign of a large product. If you are passionate about the opportunity tocreate an aesthetically attractive and functional product that will meet the needs of users, stand out from the competition and contribute to the growth of business indicators - this role is for you. 

Key tasks:

• Development and implementation of product design strategy: determination of required resources, planning of their effective use and control of project implementation;
• Project planning: creation of a detailed plan that covers stages, tasks, deadlines and responsible persons;
• Backlog management: prioritization of tasks and coordination of the product redesign process;
• Team coordination >: organizing the work of designers, business analysts, developers and other process participants to achieve project goals;
• Implementation and quality control of UX/UI solutions: integration of innovative design solutions to increase engagement and retention of users, while ensuring compliance with modern standards;
• Communication with management and clients: gathering requirements, reporting and receiving feedback at all stages of the project;
• Design integration: coordinating the implementation of a new design and checking its compatibility with existing content management systems (CMS);
• Market analysis and user research : conducting tests, monitoring user response and making adjustments to improve the design based on new market trends.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager;

•  You understand the principles of UX|UI design, know how to create mockups and prototypes, and set tasks for the designer; 

• You have modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)

• Have experience in launching projects from 0;

• Have knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);

• Had the opportunity to work with analytical tools;

• Able to analyze the market, competitors and user needs;

• Pyou combine leadership qualities, creativity, organization and analytical approach;

• Able to effectively manage complex projects in a dynamic environment, and also like to overcome challenges at work.
