We are inviting a Product manager/manager of customer service automation projects to our team!
The following interesting tasks await you:
- Development and product management of conversational channels customer service (chat and voice bots) as part of a single service ecosystem.
- Formation and implementation of product development strategy, roadmap management and prioritization of backlog.
- Design and optimization of client paths of automated interaction.
- Management of the full product life cycle: from idea to launch, scaling and achieving business results.
- Analysis of product and CX metrics and constant improvement of the efficiency of bot channels.
- Formation of business and technical requirements, coordination of integrations with internal systems and participation in the launch of solutions.
- Organization of the work of cross-functional teams, management of stakeholders and development of service automation.
We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:
- Higher education in the field of Information Technology, computer science, engineering, business or related majors.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, digital channels, customer service transformation or automation initiatives.
- Understanding of conversational AI / bot platforms and LLM fundamentals.
- Experience with product and CX metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Experience interacting with technical and cross-functional teams stakeholders.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
