We are looking for a candidate who will:

• Develop and improve digital products for microbusinesses (online banking, mobile applications, APIs, chatbots) using modern technologies and innovative approaches.
• Analyze customer needs using data and analytics to create personalized solutions.
• Introduce Agile methodologies and Design Thinking into the product development process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, data analysts, developers and marketers.
• Monitor digital product performance against key metrics (MAU, DAU, retention rate) and improve them based on feedback.
• Use A/B testing and other methods to optimize product functionality.
• Ensure data security and privacy customers in digital products.
• To study new technological trends (artificial intelligence, blockchain) and integrate them into bank products.
• Work in CRM system for managing interaction with customers.
