Product manager (lending) in NovaPay

Financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "NOVA") in connection with staff expansion announces a competition for the vacancy "Product manager (lending)"

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar position for at least 3 years in a bank or payment institution;
• Experience in the development and implementation of credit of products from 2 years;
• At least one developed and implemented credit product (consumer lending or credit card);
• Experience of implementation/participation in the development of credit products for business clients;
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the market of payment services, consumer lending and lending to individual entrepreneurs;
• Understanding the main stages of product development and the rules for forming business requirements for product implementation;
• Knowledge the basics of project management and project management;
• Understanding of the main products offered on the market of consumer lending, PDL, credit cards, BNPL and lending to FOPs and legal entities;
• Experience in developing the concept of credit products (consumer lending, credit cards, BNPL, PDL, lending to natural persons, entrepreneurs or legal entities), calculate its profitability, ensure approval of products in the company;
• Skills in forming business requirements for the introduction of credit products;

• Skills in developing a project plan for the implementation of credit products to achieve the business goals of the lending company;
• Ability to regularly analyze the market for lending products (banks and financial companies).

Main tasks:

• Coordinating and supporting the development of existing credit products in the company (consumer lending, lending to business clients);
• Development concepts of new credit products (consumer lending, credit cards, installments, lending to private enterprises and legal entities, etc.) for offline and online channels, coordination of implementation;
• Collection and description of business requirements for the introduction of credit products and development lending schemes and procedures that are carried out when granting loans and in the process of their support, coordination with the company's divisions;
• Monitoring and analysis of the market of lending products, the formation of proposals for the development of credit products based on market trends and for promotion\increase of sales volumes;
• Coordination of technological improvements of credit products and maintaining a backlog of product tasks;
• Interaction with design, business analysis and development teams at all stages of product creation
• li>Preparation of materials for support units, methodologists;
• Participation in the development of the sales strategy of implemented credit products and coordinate marketing activities together with marketing units; 
• Monitoring the results of sales of credit products and providing suggestions for improvement in order to achieve the company's business goals.
