You have a great opportunity to join us as a Product Manager and reach the top together! Areas of responsibility:- Development and implementation of product strategy: Shaping the long-term product development strategy, including new game solutions, bonus systems and functionalities that contribute to the attraction and retention of players .Management of two brands.Analysis of the market, competitors and trends in the field of gambling to identify new opportunities and introduce them into the product portfolio.Work in accordance with the set priorities in terms of product epics.Search for product problems and describe solutions.Formation of the backlog of changes for products based on analytics .Improvement of the main user journey scenarios for brands.Control of user behavior on the product. - Product life cycle management: The full cycle of working with a product: from idea and concept to planning, development, testing, launch and support. Coordination of work with the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality performance of tasks. - Analysis and decision-making: Gathering, analyzing and interpretation of data to make informed decisions about product development. Continuous monitoring of product performance and identification of opportunities for optimization and improvement. Use of analytical tools to track user behavior, analyze financial indicators and optimize products to maximize revenue (review and control of brand performance indicators: Tableau, Backoffice , Google Analytics; viewing and monitoring player behavior: Hotjar). Making decisions based on data to improve conversions, retain players and increase their activity, as well as to adapt the product to changes in the market and technologies.- Communication with internal and external stakeholders: Communication with internal teams: CRM department: building communication chains with the user; approval of design and content for communications. Design department: approval of improvements in the section - UI/UX, Popups, Notifications. Content department: validation of localization, validation of tournaments and promotions. Analytics department: construction/correction of analytical dashboards together with an analyst. Marketing department: validation landing pages and implementation control. Work with external teams: Platform development team: setting tasks for platform developers and monitoring implementation. - Implementation of innovationsand product improvement: Generation of new ideas to improve user experience, implementation of new functions that increase product competitiveness.- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: Ensuring compliance of products with regulatory requirements of various jurisdictions, including licensing, responsible gaming and protection of user data.- Focus on business- Result:Manage project budget and resources to achieve company financial goals, including cost optimization and product performance improvement.Continuous monitoring of product performance to ensure it meets business goals and adapts to market changes.Our ideal candidate has:2+ years of work experience in a Product Manager position in the iGaming niche. Knowledge of the iGaming industry, trends, competitors and regulatory requirements. Analytical skills: Ability to collect and analyze data, make decisions based on analytics. Product Management: Experience working with the product life cycle, from idea to launch and beyond support. Technical knowledge: Understanding of technologies and platforms used in the iGaming niche. Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team, partners and customers. Creativity: Ability to generate new ideas and solutions to improve the product.
