We are building a modern medical laboratory, which is actively growing and works with a wide network of doctors in the region.
Our task is not just to perform tests, but to create comprehensible diagnostic solutions for doctors, which help make diagnoses faster and improve patient treatment.

Now we we are looking for a Product Manager to take over the development of the laboratory product portfolio and help us make laboratory diagnostics more systematic, convenient and clinically valuable for doctors.

This is a position for someone who wants to have a real impact on the product, the market and the result, not just support existing processes.

What will be your result

• created and successful launched laboratory research packages that are easy for doctors to prescribe;

• increasing the average check due to the correct product structure;

• a clear and understandable laboratory test matrix;

• prepared materials that help medical representatives to professionally work with by doctors;

• launch of new areas of laboratory diagnostics.

Main tasks

• analysis of demand for laboratory tests and the behavior of doctors;

• management of a portfolio of laboratory tests and packages;

• creation of new screenings, panels and complex packages;

• development of product materials for doctors;

• preparation of training for medical representatives;

• participation in the launch of new products and medical directions;

• analysis of product performance and search for growth points.

We are looking for a person who

• has systems thinking and is able to build a product structure;
