Unisolar, a leading player in the field of renewable energy, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us develop and implement innovative solar energy solutions. If you have experience in product management, a deep understanding of the energy market and a desire to contribute to the development of green energy, we would love to have you on our team.

YOUR DUTIES:

• Development and implementation of product development strategy in the field of solar energy
• Managing the product life cycle: from concept to market launch and further support
• Market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Collaborate with technical teams, marketing, logistics sales to ensure successful product launches
• Interaction with departments for the successful release of goods to the market.
• Study trends and competitors to adjust strategy.
• Planning and control of all stages of product existence.
• Gathering feedback and improving the product based on market requests.
• Planning, creating and improving solar energy products.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US:

< li> 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
• In-depth knowledge of solar energy or related fields
• Ability to analyze the market and form product development strategies
• Excellent communication skills and abilitiesI work in a team
• Ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty and manage projects
• Fluency in English

• Salary UAH 35,000 — UAH 65,000 (rate + KPI+bonuses)
• Schedule: 5/2 , Mon-Thurs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (lunch hour).
