Purpose of the position:management of the product range and the process of creating a new product.

Functional duties:

• Formation of an assortment matrix for each product (existing and new products)
• Product positioning (price segmentation, unique characteristics, building from competitors)
• Formation of profit and product sales plans
• Formation pricing systems (system of discounts and benefits) taking into account the requirements of all sales channels, calculation and confirmation of special prices
• Control of competitor pricing changes and prompt response
• Formation of offers for key customers under special agreements, Private Label, tenders. If necessary, participation in negotiations with key customers
• Control of work with complaints regarding product quality
• Visit specialized exhibitions with the aim of studying new trends, new products, getting to know potential suppliers
• Formation of recommendations for the development of new product lines, entering other markets

• Knowledge specifics of the household chemicals market
• Mandatory experience of interaction with production
• Analytical mindset, ability to structure, analyze information and work with it
• Good teamwork skills .
