Product Manager / Head of Poker in iTalent PLUS

Our client is seeking a Product Manager/Head of Product to drive the vision and direction of their iGaming products, ensuring alignment with user needs, industry regulations, and business objectives. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competition. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals. Define and prioritize product features based on user value and market demand. Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on product goals and smooth development processes. Manage project timelines and resources using agile methodologies. Develop go-to-market strategies and coordinate product launches. Monitor product performance and optimize features and marketing strategies. Ensure regulatory compliance within the iGaming industry. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team. Liaise with third-party software for necessary integrations. Prepare concepts, documentation, and user stories. Lead product regulatory recertification processes. Collaborate closely with UX to define product specifications. Continuously evaluate and review the product against competitors. Experience Required: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in iGaming, Gambling, or Crypto industries. Skillset: Business mindset and user empathy. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle. Experience with incident management and escalation. Ability to generate and validate product ideas through A/B tests. Familiarity with Agile methodology, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks. Prioritization and backlog management skills. Proficiency in using data for decision-making. Basic HTML & CSS knowledge. Experience in QA and testing processes. Proficiency in Google/Web Analytics. Ability to define product experience metrics for stability and quality. Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English.
