We’re looking for a Product Manager / Game Producer to develop web app game for web3 industry.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the charge in creating a unique and engaging mobile game that will be accessible through the Telegram web app. You will be responsible for guiding the product from inception through launch and beyond, ensuring it meets our business objectives and delights our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Telegram web app mobile game.
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of designer, developer, and marketers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities for innovation.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing live operations.
• Analyze game performance metrics and user feedback to inform continuous improvements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align game development with business goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into the game.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile and web-based games.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing gaming products, especially those with Web3 components.
• Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming market.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
